Broadblue Catamarans debuted in the U.S. at this year's Miami boat show with their flagship Broadblue 42, and this fall will be introducing the new Broadblue 385 to the American market. Both were designed with the blue-water cruising couple in mind who are looking for the comfort and safety that modern catamarans provide as well as the shallow draft that lets them explore coastally.

The 38-foot-long, 19-foot-wide 385 comes with two rig options: the sport rig and aft rig that have air drafts of 56 feet and 62 feet, respectively, and have been designed with upwind performance in mind. The standard layout comes with twin staterooms, one in each hull, two heads, and plenty or storage for the cruising couple that occasionally sails with guests; however, three-cabin layouts are available.
