Cruising Compass is just over one year old and is going strong. The weekly e-newsletter that BWS launched in 2007 is now going out FREE to more that 18,000 opt-in readers around the world. We are always amazed at how far flung the CC readers are. We've had e-mails and photos from sailors in every ocean and continent. Still, most of our CC readers are in North America and enjoy the weekly fix of cruising news and notes.

Nancy and her mate, Jann Hedrick, sailed their Alberg 35, Saga from San Francisco Bay to Fort Lauderdale, taking almost four and a half years, enjoying the west coast of the US, Mexico, Central America and Panama before heading north to replenish the cruising kitty.
