Asparagus with Wasabi Mayonnaise Dip

Sylvia Dabney’s The Boater’s Cookbook is a great book to have in any galley. Besides recipes she has some wonderful remembrances and suggestions for the galley. The recipes are easy to make as shown by this great springtime vegetable dish. To asparagus add in mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice and wasabi paste.
