(Boatwatch) – The owner of a C & C 35, Secret Plans was notified by the USCG last Friday that the EPRIB on board his boat was operating and transmitting in the vicinity of Hurricane Larry. Owner Graham Collins had assumed his boat was safely moored at the Armdale Yacht Club in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada when the Coast Guard reached out to him. It is believed that the man who stole his boat had previously been arrested for having over 500 kilograms of cocaine. The Coast Guard has suspended their search. Read More
