(kauainownews.com) – The Wind Rush, a 32-foot sailboat was disabled with fouled sails and inoperable engine about five miles off Ka’ena Point on the island of O’ahu. The sailor along with his two dogs had been adrift for 12 hours and was out of food and water as well as suffering an injury to his hand.
