Crudités with Chive Crème Fraîche

This recipe from williams-sonoma.com calls for green beans, rainbow carrots and cucumbers though you can choose your own veggies. The dip is made of creme fraiche, heavy cream and chives. If you can’t find creme fraiche, a greek yogurt would work well. Serving the appetizer in individual cups works perfectly while entertaining on your boat. Read more
