(sports.yahoo.com) – Over a year ago the Zim Kingston freighter lost about 40 shipping containers while sailing in rough seas off the coast of Vancouver Island.
Now hundreds of the high-end cooler, Yeti, are washing up on the Alaskan coast. It turns out that the coolers might have some moderate wear on the outside but the insides appear to be in near-mint condition. Yeti told reporters that they lost approximately 1,600 coolers from the freighter and an oceanographer noted that the coolers will keep circling the world so keep an eye out. Read more.
