A U.S. Coast Guard-Approved Inflatable Throwable PFD

By Administrator · On July 4, 2017

ThrowRaft’s device, Model TD2401, is 9x smaller than the ring buoy and 5x smaller than the square cushion and legally replaces throwable devices aboard all recreational vessels.

The TD2401’s patented design can be inflated manually with the pull tab or automatically by submerging it underwater and is easily repacked and recharged using LELAND 24-gram CO2 with V86140 Bayonet Assembly Re-arm Kit that comes standard with the product. It can also be self-inspected and features SOLAS reflective tape for high visibility. Its size allows it to be thrown more than 40 feet in the packed position or fully inflated.

Starting at the $149.99 MSRP, and just in time for peak boating season in much of the world, the TD2401 ThrowRaft is available immediately for purchase at Cabela’s, Fisheries Supply, Landfall Navigation, Defender Industries, and online via Amazon and Unbeatable Sale. The product is being distributed in the U.S. by CWR Electronics, Lauderdale Marina, Glenn Mar Supply and The Fire Store and by Kirk Marine in the Caribbean, C-Quip in the U.K. and Tenob Wholesale Marine in New Zealand.
