They were spotted by the crew of a passing yacht, who reported them to authorities in Great Harbour. They apparently had very little food, water or resources \u2013 then the weather turned bad.<\/p>\n<p>BASRA initiated a search, along with the USCG, residents and cruisers, but it had to turn back due to the weather (imagine those conditions in a disabled 15-foot open boat!).
