This new location will host the 21st Annual Strictly Sail Pacific Boat Show set to take place Thursday April 7 through Sunday, April 10, 2016.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>[spacer height=&#8221;15px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Richmond\u2019s historic waterfront offers an awe-inspiring panorama of the San Francisco Bay and the San Francisco skyline.<span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>The new location will allow the show to increase its capacity to more than 100 in-water sailboats and 200-plus exhibits for boats and marine accessories on land.<\/div>\n<div>[spacer height=&#8221;15px&#8221;]<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\u201cThis expansive new location will provide Sail America with the capacity to expand this show even more to further promote the growth of recreational sailing on the West Coast,\u201d said Sail America Association Manager Peter Durant. \u201cWe are excited to move the show to Richmond into this spacious marina and beautiful indoor venue to accommodate the demand from our exhibitors and consumers for more expansive indoor and outdoor spaces.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>[spacer height=&#8221;15px&#8221;]<\/div>\n<div>As state-of-the-art as it is historic,<span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.craneway.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Craneway Pavilion<\/a><span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>is a 45,000 square-foot facility in an award-winning, architecturally significant former Ford Assembly Plant building dating back to 1931, with an adjoining 20,000 square-foot open-air patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Set on 25 waterfront acres, the spacious and open design, together with its picturesque location; make this the ideal setting for the show. In addition, the newly renovated 40,000 square-foot conference center features a large general session area and four separate breakout rooms ideally suited for our seminar series.<\/div>\n<div>[spacer height=&#8221;15px&#8221;]<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mbyh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Marina Bay Yacht Harbor<\/a>, located just around the corner in Richmond\u2019s protected Inner Harbor will house the in-water portion of the show. Developed in the mid-1980s on the site of WWII-era Kaiser Shipyards #2, Marina Bay Yacht Harbor is also known as Richmond Marina Bay and was built by the City of Richmond. This deep-draft Marina Bay Yacht Harbor accommodates vessels up to 120 feet, giving in-water exhibitors the chance to showcase even more of their product lines, resulting in greater consumer interest.<\/div>\n<div>[spacer height=&#8221;15px&#8221;]<\/div>\n<div>Sail America welcomes the move of Strictly Sail Pacific to Richmond.
