Twenty eight Island Packet Yachts and 65 owners from all over the east coast and Caribbean sailed or drove to the harbor to participate in seminars on cruising the Maine Coast, boat maintenance and operation, and two very special presentations by Pauline Dion of the Boothbay Sea &amp; Science Center and Levi Johnston of the Boothbay Harbor Shipyard.
