This follows a report from last week that the Arctic is undergoing a heat wave and average temperatures last month were 45 degrees above average for the month of February\u00a0 causing massive melting of the polar ice cap.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Some of the worst flooding during this past weekend&#8217;s\u00a0East Coast storm\u00a0happened during high tides.\u00a0Shoreline tides are getting progressively higher.
