MD, in what has become the nation\u2019s largest all-sail boat show.\u00a0 This year the show runs from October 4 through the 8<sup>th<\/sup>. The show is unique in that it takes over the whole waterfront of the state capital so the downtown area is all basically a part of the show. Tens of thousands of sailors come to town for the event. Many will be shopping for great deals on gear and equipment, some will be ready to pull the trigger on a new boat and many others will sign up for bareboat charters in the Caribbean during the winter ahead. Getting \u201cshow discounts\u201d is a great reason to come to the show. But, now that we\u2019ve been attending the Annapolis show for many years, for us it is the great sailing buzz that the show delivers. There are sailors just like us everywhere, all talking boats, cruising, racing and plans and dreams of sailing adventures ahead.\u00a0 Cruising Compass, with BWS and Multihulls Quarterly, will be at the show in our usual both at A-B 12.
