Most cruisers heading west from Australia and Indonesia skip it and head straight to Mauritius.\u00a0 Not Canadian Brent Crack and Mary Bevan.<\/p>\n<p>Brent and Mary don\u2019t hue to the beaten path as they cruise their Lagoon 400 <em>Knot Safely<\/em> to the outer edges of the normal coconut milk run across the Pacific and beyond. They left Panama and sailed south to Easter Island before heading west into the prevailing winds to cruise through the Gambier Islands to Tahiti.
