We used the phrase &#8220;right of way&#8221; to indicate the &#8220;strand on vessel&#8221; and this caused several to comment. The clearest reply is from regular contributor Tim Cook who emailed: &#8220;<span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">The short answer is NEITHER.
