The Salty Dawg Sailing Association is once again expecting a large fleet going to the Caribbean from Virginia. Close to 85 boats in this year’s Fall Rally to the Caribbean will enjoy the camaraderie, safety, and extensive benefits sponsors offer to participants. A planned be-ready-to-depart date of November 2nd is set, with actual departure as always dependent on a fair weather window. And, participation in the Rally is at an amazingly low price. Any vessels planning to participate need to have their registration and paperwork completed for this fabulous event by October 22nd.
Recently the Association had over 90 attendees at their well-regarded, world class Annapolis Seminar, and over 100 sailors at their Annual Salty Dawg Annapolis Rendezvous hosted by Jack Martin Insurance and Pantaenius, America. And, the large number of visitors at their Annapolis Sailboat Show booth and the level of membership sign-ups for the Association demonstrate the enthusiasm for and strength of this organization.
