We’re Weathered but Wiser: First Time Cruisers Learn Hard Lessons

Living the dream of cruising around the world in their own sailboat, a British couple discover that the life at sea is not all rum drink with umbrellas in them, not all sunny spinnaker run and quiet nights at anchor.  Kellie Pollock, who was a CNN producer, and her husband made it from England to the Mediterranean island of Sardinia in their first six months afloat “weather and wiser” for the experience.
