The idea of almost carbon-free power has an appeal to sailors since we travel on solar power (wind) most of the time and why not make it all of the time? Fabio Brunazzi, inventor, cruiser and dreamer has refitted his Columbia 29 with electric power and has posted the results on his website.
“Electric vehicles (EV) and hybrids are conquering little by little the market of light duty vehicles, with some forecast that put internal combustion engines (ICE) to soon be less competitive when compared to EVs.
