Solo Adventurer Tackles 34,000 All-Ocean Circumnavigation

Norburt Sedelacek Koch is no ordinary sailor with ordinary sailing dreams. No, he dreams big.  This July he will set out aboard his high tech racing sloop Ant Arctic Lab to sail non-stop and unassisted around the world via all of the world’s oceans, including the Northwest Passage, the Great Southern Ocean and the Antarctic Sea. Such an adventure has never been attempted let alone consummated. The boat is unique. It has been built entirely of renewable, sustainable materials while still being an extremely fast and capable passagemaker.
