For years a national hall of fame for sailors has been bandied about. After much discussion a home in Newport, RI was agreed upon and the musuem is now getting closer to reality. The musuem will host The National Sailing Hall of Fame along with The America’s Cup Hall of Fame. The museum will be “offering an innovative multi-media experience dedicated to celebrating sailing’s heritage, showcasing its heroes and inspiring generations of sailors to come”. Read More
