(yahoo.com) – Australian Tim Shaddock, 51, and his dog Bella were rescued from his catamaran after being adrift for two months. Shaddock had set off from the coast of Mexico intending to sail to French Polynesia but just a few weeks into his voyage his electronics were knocked out. A fishing trawler and its helicopter spotted the boat, rescuing Mr. Shaddock and Bella and brought them back to Mexico. Read more.
