Many thanks to all readers who took the time to complete last week’s survey on freezers on our boats. 83% of those who answered have a freezer. Of those, 52% have a freezer that is part of the fridge system while 48% have a separate freezer with its own compressor. Those with combined fridge/freezers rate their system at 3.4 stars out of five, while those with separate stand-alone freezers rate their systems at 4.8 stars out of five.
