Matt Claiborne in waterwayguide.com proposes a new “loop”. Instead of doing the Great Loop from the east coast and through the Mississippi he suggests the Bahamas Loop. He and his wife completed the loop between January and June though you can always mix it up by adding or eliminating destinations.
