Long Waiting Times in Panama

The Panama Canal has been experiencing extreme water shortages which in turn has prompted the Panama Canal to implement operational and commercial adjustments to guarantee a fresh water supply for both human consumption and for transits from December to April 2024. This means there will be a reduction in the number of transits through the canal and rallies such as the ARC will no longer be afforded special priviledges. Read more on noonsite.com.
