Completely dedicated to the blue water world, the LC 46 is the latest product of Cantiere del Pardo. Created for longer voyages, with comfort and performance in mind, it is a sailboat for adventurers and for everyone who wants to discover the most beautiful seas with a high level of space and comfort. All systems have been optimized for ease of use by a single or double handed crew.

EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE AND DESIGN MADE IN ITALY

The signing of Marco Lostuzzi for the naval architecture, along with the DNA of the yard, ensures excellent performance and pleasurable sailing. The design brief was primarily the long-range cruiser: so great living space both above and below decks and plenty of lockers and tanks for storage and equipment. The overall concept is coordinated by Nauta Design, for a maximum expression of “Made in Italy” style.

THE DECK IS THE HEART OF THE SAILBOAT

Great attention has been paid to the organization of plenty of space, according to some principles:
– protection from bad weather as well as from the sun , the over cockpit roll-bar is a perfect base for both bimini and sprayhood.
– flexibility, with several sunbathing areas, a wide transom opening, for access to the sea or the quayside.
– ease of handling, with all control lines within easy reach of the helm stations.

INNOVATION, DESIGN AND SAFETY

A major safety feature is the big roll-bar across the top of the cockpit. It is a multifunctional element which also has a great impact. The mainsheet is located on top of the roll-bar thus removing a traveler from the cockpit floor, making the cockpit much safer. The roll-bar also supports an optional bimini awing and sprayhood

SPACE AND COMFORT INSIDE

The central theme is onboard living, so the hull has generous volumes thus allowing roomy sleeping cabins and head compartments as well as a very large saloon with a light, bright, airy feel.

The designers have concentrated on three aspects:
– Comfort , with generously sized beds , generous headroom, plenty of living space. Numerous hatches ports and hull windows give an abundance of natural light.
-Stowage , with large volumes obtained in every possible area
– Systems , the clever coachroof design allows a raised cabin sole. Below the sole there is plenty of space for tanks, batteries and all the domestic systems.
