Skippers Wanted for Sailing Holiday with a Difference

By Administrator · On March 4, 2015

Traveleyes, a unique travel company that runs tours for sighted and blind travelers, is seeking qualified yacht skippers for their next sailing skippers wantedholiday. The organization, now in its tenth year, specializes in group holidays for blind and sighted travelers alike, and have now branched out into sailing holidays.

In September this year, the company is organising a flotilla holiday along the Dalmatian coastline of Croatia, visiting Rogoznica, Split, Hvar, Vis and Primosten. Skippers and first mates are being sought to join the trip, with a heavily discounted price on the holiday in return for their sailing skills. Qualified yachtsmen are needed to man the yachts and teach the blind travelers how to sail, but in turn would enjoy a cruising holiday for less than half the price they would normally expect to pay.
