Sprout Beans and Grains for Healthy Passagemaking

Once you head offshore for a long passage, you are bound to start to run out of fresh green vegetables and salad. Cabbage lasts the longest but one can only eat so much cabbage.  A simple solution to this problem is to sprout your own greens from beans and grains as you go.
