Easy, Delicious, Cajun Jambalaya

Of all the one-pot meals we like to prepare, a spicy jambalaya ranks pretty high on the list. We discovered the classic Cajun style one winter when we were living in New Orleans and found that there are as many ways to make a jambalaya as there are cooks. All you need is some raw ingredients that are available just about anywhere, a big pot and 40 minutes or so of prep and cooking time.  It’s great for a cool evening with friends. Here’s a simple, easy jamlalaya recipe from the good cooks at delish.com.
