Two adults and a minor were rescued by the Coast Guard on Sunday after their 30-foot sailboat capsized about 10 miles west of Torrey Pines, Coast Guard officials said Monday.
Those aboard the overturned sailing vessel, the Divided Soul, called mayday and triggered an emergency positioning beacon about 2:30 p.m. Sunday, alerting Coast Guard crews in San Diego of the emergency and the boat’s exact location. Read More
