Coconut Limebackers

From Tailgating Done Right comes this very quick and easy recipe for coconut macaroons. Simply add 14 oz. sweetened flaked coconut, zest of two limes and 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. You’ve got a great tasting dessert.
