Treaty Signed to Protect the Titanic in Perpetuity

(The Scotsman) – The Titanic has been lying underwater for over 100 years and the U.S. and UK have just signed a treaty that gives the countries the power to grant or deny licenses to enter the sunken ship and remove artifacts.
