Thanks. to all readers who took the time last week to fill out our survey on whisker and spinnaker poles. 59% do carry poles on their boats. Of those, 54% carry a whisker poles, 34% carry a spinnaker pole and 12% carry both or two poles. 73% use their pole for poling o0out a genoa, 22% use it to pole out a spinnaker and 5% use twin poles to pole out twin headsails.
