Survival at Sea

(getpocket.com) – In 2019 three men set sail from Japan to Hawaii on a 42 foot sailboat, the Coco-Haz III. They had a short window to bring the boat to Hawaii for the owner, a tight schedule that got thrown out due to two catastrophes which left them stranded in the middle of the ocean. Chris Carney told the story to Outside magazine of how the three lived more than a week in a wrecked sailboat until they were spotted by a container ship. Read more.
