Do you have a wind generator on your cruising boat?
Many thanks to all who took the time to fill out last’s week’s survey on water-based anti-fouling coatings. Of those who replied, 44% have used water-based coatings. Of those, 43% rated the coating as excellent, 29% said it was very good, 14% said about average, 11% said not very good and 3% said it worked poorly. When asked to recommend a brand of water-based anti-fouling, the most popular answers were Pettit’s Hydrocoat followed by the permanent copper coating system Coppercoat.
