(Fox News) – Liveaboards in the San Francisco Bay are seeing a rise in people ransacking their houseboats and yachts. Some of the boats have been let loose to drift away and sink. The Alameda, CA police department says it is working with the Oakland police and the Coast Guard to curtail this issue by taking a “regional approach”. Read more.
