Do you have a life raft on your boat?
Many thaks to everyone who took the time to fill out our survey on Safe Harbor marinas. Of those who replied, 26% do use a Safe Harbor marina and/or haul out and storage facility. Of those, 68% were in the marina or facility prior to it being bought by Safe Harbor. Asked to compare the management of the marina or facility under Safe Harbor with the previous owner, 35% said the experience was about the same while 33% said it was better or much better and 30% said it was worse or much worse. Comparing costs between Safe Harbor and the previous owners, 44% said costs are high and 33% said much higher while 21% said about the same. Asked if you would recommend a Safe Harbor marina or facility to another boat owner 56% said no.
