When you make offshore runs of more than a few hours, do you carry your dinghy out of the water?

Many thanks to all readers who replied to last weeks survey on buying a new cruising boat. Of those who replied,  23% said they are in the market for a new boat and of those 78% said they are shopping brokerage boats and 22% said they are looking at new boats. All of the respondents are looking at boat between 40 and 45 feet.
