Thanks to everyone who took the time to fil out last week’s survey on mainsails. Of those who replied, 68% have standard slab-reefing mains, 24% have in-mast mains and 8% have. in-boom mains. Of those with slab-reefing or in-boom mainsails, 76% have full battens and 24% have partial battens. Of those with in-mast mains, 77% have no battens, while 18% have partial battens and 5% have full-length battens.
