The crew of the French Catamaran Mission Ocean are cruising the world and undertaking citizen science to take samples of sea water and contamination where ever they sail. Recently they visited Dominica in the Easter Caribbean whose citizens had their lives tuned upside down by the hurricanes of September 2017. They found an island nation that was always poor and struggling still in a very battered and bruised state. They filed a report for the digital magazine Sail-World that you can read here.
