In the wake of the new tariffs proposed by the Trump administration on material and goods from the EU, marine industry leaders in both the U.S. and Europe are urging restraint on one side and retaliatory measures on the other. More than half of all of the sailboats over 30 feet sold in the U.S. come from Europe and Scandinavia. And, a significant portion of the boats build in the U.S. are sold overseas.
