Two boats, one a sailboat and the other an engine-powered fishing boat, collided on Friday in the Chesapeake Bay, a crash that caused no serious injuries, authorities said.
Two people were aboard the sailboat, named Levitation, and seven were on the fishing boat called Hunter, the Coast Guard said. Maryland Natural Resources Police said the crash occurred near Thomas Point, which juts into the bay south of Annapolis. Read More
