Sailor Attempts to Rescue His Grounded Sailboat, Unfortunately Drowns

The body of Paul Youngk was found by the Coast Guard trapped beneath his sailboat, Grafin after it had gone aground on the Elizabeth River, VA. Mr. Youngk had reported to the Coast Guard that his vessel was taking on water and then grounded. He was going back the next day to try and recover the boat when he went missing.
