Take a First Look at the New Balance 482

By Sandy Parks · On June 21, 2019

Phil Berman and Anton Du Toit have teamed up again (Balance 526) to design the new Balance 482. They’ve taken the characteristics of the 526 and put it into a smaller version making it easy for a couple or family to cruise comfortably yet with all the performance of a Balance cat.
The cat comes with the innovative Versa-Helm, has forward raked wave piercing bows and can come with either daggerboards or high performance fixed keels. The boat can easily accommodate six people for cruising and comes with 6’10” headroom.
Comfortable to cruise and with the speed to get away from bad weather, the Balance 482 is worthy of a serious look. Read More.
