It’s not every day you see clusters of glowing orbs floating above the ocean’s horizon. But that’s exactly what William Guy saw, and videoed, while aboard a ferry at sea off North Carolina’s Outer Banks. There are many possible explanations for the sighting. The region is heavily used by the US military for training and testing. But no one has stepped forward as of this week to offer a factual account of why what looks like a fleet of UFOs was hovering over the open Atlantic Ocean. Read more and watch the 31 second video.
