(The Guardian) – Many people have stories of being stranded due to the coronavirus and amongst them are people on board approximately 500 boats looking to cross the Atlantic ahead of the hurricane season. Many sailors have been sheltered-in-place aboard their boats in the Caribbean, not allowed ashore for fear they will increase the burden of the local medical facilities.
