(gCaptain) – There are a number of frustrated travelers separated from their home countries due to Covid quarantines and border controls. Some people such as Paul Stratfold have decided to get back to their homes any way they can, including sailing singlehanded 3,700 miles across the southern Pacific Ocean. Erik Blackwell and Tim Wright are sailing from Indonesia to New Zealand which will take about six weeks allowing them to skip quarantine.
