(BBC News) – Freya, the 1,300 lb. walrus who has been attracting attention by climbing onto boats is now in danger of being put down for her own good. Authorities in Norway explained that people are getting too close to her putting themselves and Freya at risk. Not only are they observing her up close on boats but some people are choosing to swim next to the walrus.
