Do you have a digital onboard weather station on your boat?
Many thanks to all readers who replied to last week’s survey on working while cruising. Of those who replied, 36% do some sort of work from their boats. 62% are running their own business, 44% are consulting in their profession, 37% are managing their own investments, 13% are doing freelance creative work, 7% are involved in social media creation and 5% do marine services work in the local cruising community. 79% say that their onboard work supports their cruising lifestyle.
When asked to comment on what work while cruising works out best, the most popular and most obvious reply was that any work you can do remotely when at home you also can do while cruising.
